NEAHER, District Judge.

Plaintiff pro se, a former United States Army enlistee who plead guilty to a charge of disobedience before a general court-martial, brings this action seeking back pay, retroactive promotions, the expungement of his conviction from his records, and damages for his allegedly illegal imprisonment.
