— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Coutant, J.),- rendered April 3, 1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. When defendant unsuccessfully attempted to cash a previously reported stolen check at a drive-in teller’s window, the bank teller gave an accurate description of both defendant and his automobile to the police.
