SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff-appellant Susan D. Fall appeals from a January 22, 2007, order of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Larimer, /.), which granted defendant-appellee New York State United Teachers’ (“NYSUT”) motion for summary judgment in all respects and dismissed with prejudice all of the claims set forth in plaintiffs amended complaint. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history, and the issues on appeal.
