Appellant, Basil Labib, appeals from an order deferring an adjudication of guilt for the third degree felony of forgery. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 32.21(e)(1) (Vernon Supp.2006) (forgery); Tex.Code Crim. Proo. Ann. art. 42.12 § 5 (Vernon 2006) (Deferred Adjudication; Community Supervision). Pursuant to a plea bargain recommendation, the court assessed punishment at four years of community supervision, a $500 fine, and 200 hours of community service, among other conditions.
