REASONS FOR RULING

TRIMBLE, District Judge.

Ralph Duhon (“DUHON”), the plaintiff herein, is a divorced father of six, who was trained as a carpenter. He is divorced from Charlotte Prejean Duhon, also a plaintiff herein, with whom he had three of his six children. Although trained as a carpenter, the plaintiff had a sporadic employment history and had not worked in that capacity for a number of years prior to the accident that gave rise to this suit.
