OPINION

HUDSON, Judge.

Appellant Kelly Eve Brown challenges the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of respondents in appellant’s action for damages after being shot by a police officer who was responding to appellant’s 911 call. Appellant contends that the district court erred in finding that the officer was entitled to official immunity because: (a) the officer’s acts were ministerial and not discretionary; and (b) there were disputed factual issues surrounding the immunity determination.
