This suit was instituted in the District Court of Bexar County, Texas, by Joe Bol-ner, Jr., E. B. Powers and Paul Rubi-ola, against A. C. White, Mayor of the City of San Antonio, seeking, among other things, a temporary restraining order, and, after a hearing, a temporary injunction enjoining the defendant, A. C.
