GIERKE, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of larceny (2 specifications), forgery, making and uttering bad checks (2 specifications), and wrongfully charging personal telephone calls to the Government, in violation of Articles 121, 123, 123a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 923, 923a, and 934, respectively.
