Plaintiffs Town of Riverhead (“the Town”) and Anna Slavonik (collectively, “plaintiffs”) seek preliminary injunctive relief ordering defendant CSC Acquisition — NY, Inc. (“Cablevision”), the Town’s television cablecast provider, to revert the broadcast of public, educational and government access (“PEG”) channels, currently being delivered in a digital format, back to an analog format.
