Erin Darrow petitions this court for review of the Court of Appeals’ decision in State v. Darrow, No. 109,397, 2014 WL 1887629 (Kan. App. 2014) (unpublished opinion), affirming her driving under the influence (DUI) conviction, third offense. The district court found Darrow guilty on stipulated facts. Darrow argues the stipulated facts were insufficient to prove she operated or attempted to operate a vehicle.
