Affirming.

During the years 1885 and 1886, the Mammoth Cave Railroad Company, hereinafter referred to as the railroad company, acquired deeds from various landowners for a right of way 50 feet in width running from the main line of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company at Glasgow Junction to Mammoth Cave, a distance of something over 2 miles. Immediately thereafter, a railroad .was constructed on this right of way and was continuously operated until about June, 1931.
