This appeal concerns a declaratory judg ment action to construe an automobile insurance policy. The sole issue is the interpretation of the phrase "while residents of the same household" contained in the policy's uninsured motorist coverage. The facts of the case are undisputed. On cross motions for summary judgment, the trial court granted Aetna Casualty and Surety Company's (Aetna) motion and denied Pierce's motion. Pierce appealed.
