The Township of Braddock has appealed from an order of the court below detaching from the township the lands described therein and annexing said lands to the Borough of Willdnsburg. The power to make such order was conferred by section 1 of the Act of June 19, 1939, P. L. 430, 53 PS §19092-312.1.
