This is an action by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against Tufts Institution of Learning (Tufts), 1 for relief from alleged discriminatory employment practices based upon sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 253, as amended by Pub.L.
