The National Labor Relations Board applies for enforcement of its order finding Wentworth Institute and Wentworth College of Technology to have refused to bargain with the certified representative 1 of its full-time faculty, and directing Wentworth to bargain with the union. Underlying this dispute between the Board and Went-worth is a major change in Board policy announced in 1970 in Cornell University, 183 N.L.R.B. 329.
