PURDY, ) ) No. SC99818 Respondent. ) ORIGINAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (hereinafter, “OCDC”) charged Dan K. Purdy (hereinafter, “Purdy”) with multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The Disciplinary Hearing Panel (hereinafter, “the DHP”) held an evidentiary hearing and determined Purdy should be disbarred for his conduct.
