THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:
We are again given the opportunity to consider the propriety of a directed verdict on the issues of the status of a submersible drilling barge as a vessel and of a member of the drilling crew as a seaman. The plaintiff, Luther Gray, was a roustabout working on Producers Drilling Company’s Rig No. 2 and was injured by a pipe which fell upon his foot during the drilling operation.
