THE OPINION AND ORDER IN THIS CASE ISSUED BY THIS COURT ON APRIL 27, 1989, IS HEREBY VOID.
The plaintiff and debtor opened a photography studio business in January 1985. Although no written agreement was executed, the parties agreed to form a general partnership under the name of Haynes-Gary and allow the debtor to begin operating the studio in Virginia Beach, while the plaintiff, Lois Haynes, remained in Smith-field, Virginia.
