Introduction
Plaintiff-appellant Joseph 0. Giaimo, as executor of the estate of Elizabeth M. Chase, appeals the bankruptcy court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant-appellee Roger M. Detrano. At issue is whether the approximately $460,000 judgment obtained by Giaimo against Detrano based on a breach of the settlement agreement entered into by the parties is dis-chargeable in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
