The testator, Edward R. Laura, Sr., died on August 23,1990. The petitioners, two generations of the testator’s heirs who were excluded from his will, appeal a decision of the Rockingham County Probate Court {Maher, J.), approving the order of the Master {Gerald Taube, Esq.), that barred them from inheriting any portion of the testator’s estate.
