Plaintiff-appellant Claireather Wilkins (“Wilkins”) appeals the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) denying her claim for benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. On appeal, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia affirmed the Secretary’s decision.
