Plaintiff brought this action under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and § 1631(c)(3) of the Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1383(c)(3), as amended, for review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying plaintiffs claim for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
