THOMPSON, Presiding Judge.

R.S. (“the father”) appeals from the termination of his parental rights to Z.I.S. (“the child”). We affirm.

On October 21, 2005, R.G. and M.G., the child’s maternal grandparents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the maternal grandparents”), filed an emergency petition alleging that the child was dependent and seeking temporary custody of the child.
