THOMAS, Judge.
B.L.M. (“the child”) was bom on September 4, 2007. M.D.B. (“the mother”) and T.M. (“the father”) were unmarried high-school students at the time the child was conceived. No one disputes that T.M. is the father of the child. In February 2008, J.D. (“the maternal grandfather”) and D.D. (“the maternal grandmother”) (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the maternal grandparents”) filed a petition in the DeKalb Juvenile Court seeking custody of the child and alleging that the child was dependent because “neither parent can financially support the child — mother is in college.”…
