Appeal from Wayne; Goff (John H.), J. Bill by Eugene J. Stephenson, receiver, against Marie C. Purchase to reach certain trust funds. From a decree dismissing the bill, plaintiff appeals.

In the chancery case of Mast v. Purchase, 163 Mich. 35, which was a bill of complaint charging misappropriation of trust funds, a decree was entered against George H. Purchase, the husband of defendant, for the sum of $11,092.31. Purchase having since died, leaving no visible estate, this bill was filed to reach assets in the hands of defendant, which it is claimed legally and equitably belong to her husband’s estate. The case came on for hearing, and it being disclosed by a stipulation of facts that George H. Purchase was arrested and imprisoned on a capias ad satisfaciendum to satisfy said…
