In these consolidated cases, petitioners appeal as of right from two orders of the Oakland County Probate Court that denied in part their petition for attorney fees, costs, and expert witness fees. We affirm.

Hattie Silberstein Sloan died on December 31, 1988. Her last will and testament was admitted to the Oakland County Probate Court, naming her son, Robert Sloan, and the National Bank of Detroit (nbd) as co-executors of her estate.
