This special action challenges two orders of the trial court both denying petitioners’ motion to dismiss respondents’ complaint for lack of jurisdiction. Following our hearing on August 4, 1982, we entered an order accepting special action jurisdiction of the case, pursuant to Rule 7, Rules of Procedure for Special Actions, 17A A.R.S.; we ordered the Honorable B.
