Jacob R. Etter filed a bill in equity in’the court below, praying that his title to certain real estate, therein described, be quieted, and that he might be relieved from a certain judgment taken against him in the Montgomery Circuit Court, which affected his right to the possession of the land in controversy, and asking further, that his right to. re*116deem under a sale made upon a decretal order, foreclosing certain mortgages, might be established upon equitable grounds.
