SWAN, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition pursuant to section 5(c) of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 45(c), to obtain review of an order dated January 6, 1953, entered in a proceeding commenced' by the Commission in September 1950. The corporate petitioner is engaged in the business of publishing and selling cheap, paper-covered, pocket-sized books, practically all of which are reprints of books previously published by others.
