I. INTRODUCTION

This action is brought under sections 205(g) and 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3). Compl. ¶ 1, ECF No. 1. The Plaintiff, Rafael Sanchez (“Sanchez”) seeks review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, denying Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits.
