¶1 The District Court Plaintiffs, Dawn and Lawrence Gadbaw, filed an amended complaint in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County, in which they alleged that the Defendant, Amanda Jo Moon, negligently injured Dawn by the manner in which she operated her motor vehicle. They also alleged that they had been issued a contract of insurance by the Defendant, Farmers Insurance Exchange, which included underinsured motorist coverage and that their damages exceeded the limits of liability coverage available to Moon.
