OPINION OF THE COURT

SCIRICA, Chief Judge.

In this appeal, Thom Lewis challenges the District Court’s judgment dismissing his complaint as barred by res judicata. We will affirm.

A brief procedural history of an earlier lawsuit filed by Lewis is germane to the issue in this appeal. Lewis was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Collie Rescue of Central Pennsylvania Inc., a non-profit organization.
