This matter is before me on the Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment on ADEA Claim (Docket No. 362), filed by Defendants El Paso Corporation and El Paso Pension Plan (collectively “El Paso”). Plaintiffs oppose the motion. Upon review of the parties’ filings and supplemental authority, I conclude oral argument is not required.
