ANNUNZIATA, Judge.

Elliott Thomas Webb, Jr. (“appellant”) was convicted in a jury trial of cocaine distribution, after having been convicted two or more times of violating Code § 18.2-248. Following his conviction, the jury recommended a sentence of thirty years and a $500,000 fine, and the trial court imposed the recommended sentence. On appeal, he asks that we reverse and remand the trial court’s judgment with regard to sentencing because the jury’s sentencing verdict was not unanimous.
