BENDER, J.:

Appellant, Jose Miguel Feliciano, appeals pro se from the court’s June 28, 2012 order dismissing his petition for relief filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. Appellant argues, inter alia, that the PCRA court improperly considered his petition as untimely where he presents claims that satisfy two exceptions to the PCRA time-bar, those contained in sections 9545(b)(1)(h) and (iii).
