Plaintiff brought an action for damages on theories of negligence, fraud, breach of contract and unlawful trade practices. The trial court granted defendants’ motion to dismiss on the basis that the claims were barred by the relevant statute of limitation. The Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court in an in banc decision from which four members dissented. We affirm the Court of Appeals.
