On appeal from judgments entered on a complaint charging two counts of enticement of a child under the age of sixteen years, G. L. c. 265, § 26C(b), and one count of disturbing the peace, G. L. c. 272, § 53, the defendant argues that the judgments on the enticement counts must be vacated. He claims that G. L. c. 265, § 26C(b), is ambiguous; that he was entitled to required findings of not guilty; and that various other errors occurred throughout his trial. He also argues that he was entitled to a required finding of not guilty on the count charging him with a breach of the peace.1 We affirm…
