BRUNETTI, Circuit Judge:
In this copyright action, the plaintiff-ap-pellee Mahlon Dolman alleges that the defendants-appellants, Michael Agee, Michael Agee Productions, L & H Records, and The Nostalgia Archive, infringed on Dolman’s copyrights in motion picture soundtrack musical compositions created by Dolman’s stepfather, Leroy Shield, in the 1930s. The district court granted partial summary judgment for Dolman as to twenty-five (25) of the subject songs.
