This case was previously before this court as General Number 31,187, reported in 243 Ill. App. 386. A petition for a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court to review the judgment in that case was denied. In that proceeding Austin, the petitioner here, was contending that two certain written instruments, executed by Anna B. Austin, deceased, constituted a gift causa mortis of a certain pearl necklace.
