Pending before the Court is defendant’s motion to strike the class allegations raised in plaintiffs’ Fourth Amended Complaint and for an Order directing the plaintiffs to file an amended complaint stating more specifically them individual claims of discrimination. Also before the Court are plaintiffs’ motions for a jury trial and an expedited status hearing.
