In this product liability action, plaintiffs Joseph Naples and Janice Naples seek to recover for injuries sustained from Mr. Naples’ long-term use of allegedly defective computer keyboards manufactured by defendants Acer America Corporation (“Acer”), Altos Computer Systems (“Altos”), Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”), and Tandy Corporation (“Tandy”) The matter is presently before the Court on the motion of each defendant for summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds.
