Since 1909 the defendants, under a written contract with the Lawrence Railway and Light Company (since acquired by the plaintiff), have been furnishing electrical power to the plaintiff, and the sole question in this case is one involving defendants’ right to terminate the contract. ' The plaintiff, and its predecessor in interest, will be referred to as the plaintiff.
