MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
McCURN, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff invokes this court’s jurisdiction pursuant to the provisions of sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, to recover treble damages for and obtain injunctive relief from defendants’ alleged violations of sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, and the costs of this suit including reasonable attorney’s fees.
