FARMER, Judge.

City appeals the trial court’s judgment finding that it created an unreasonable and dangerous condition which was a proximate cause of the injuries to the plaintiff.

This action arose out of a traffic accident between Henry Butler and Mozella P. Finley at the intersection of Sylvan Road and Elmo Ozment Drive in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Butler was driving north on Sylvan Road and Finley was driving east on Elmo Ozment Drive when the collision occurred.
