Plaintiffs, Lisa Harris, individually, and as the Administratrix for the Estate of Jason M. Harris, deceased, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her suit against defendants, Williamson Coun*589ty, Tennessee, and Williamson County School Board.

In September, 1987, Jason Harris lived across U.S. Highway 81 A from College Grove Elementary School in Williamson County, Tennessee.
