Learners Online, Inc. appeals the trial court’s take-nothing summary judgment on its breach of contract claim against the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) pursuant to Texas Local Government Code section 271.153. See Tex. Local Gov’t Code Ann. § 271.153 (Vernon 2005). In one issue, Learners Online asserts the trial court erred when it granted DISD’s motion for summary judgment and impliedly denied Learners Online’s motion for summary judgment.
