— The Grinnell Savings Bank was a banking corporation organized under the laws of the state of Iowa, and had conducted such business for many years. Appellant herein was 811 independent school district, also' organized under the laws of the state of Iowa. One S. J. Poolev was elected treasurer of said school dis- J trict -¿he successive elections from 1913 forward. He was also president of'the Grinnell Savings Bank, and from 1913 deposited in said bank money of the Independent School District of Grinnell that came into his hands as such treasurer.
