The appellants, the city of New Hampton and the treasurer of said city, allege in their claim and application for preference that certain funds deposited by the city treasurer m the State Bank of New Hampton, Iowa, and now in the hands of appellee, as receiver of said bank, constitute a preferred claim against the receiver.
