I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff filed his First Amended Complaint and Jury Demand (“Complaint”) [ECF No. 53], on July 14, 2011. Plaintiff brings four claims for relief against his former employer: (1) Unfair Labor Standards; (2) Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy; (3) Violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended in 2009(ADA); and, (4) Violation of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
