This matter is before the Court on the Partial Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 20] filed by defendant MacLean Power, LLC d/b/a Foresight Products.1 Defendant seeks to dismiss plaintiffs state law claims for negligent supervision and negligent retention.

I. BACKGROUND2
